QA Engineer

Job Description

The Quality Control Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for ensuring that software products and services meet defined quality standards before release. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing test plans, creating test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. The person in this role will analyze system performance, validate functionality against requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes and documentation. The Quality Control Engineer will also participate in reviews of technical specifications, provide clear feedback on product quality, and support the implementation of quality assurance and quality management practices across projects.
